The Indelible Project returns!
Equestrians know that horses are etched into our beings. Each leaves an indelible image, like a tattoo on the soul. The Indelible Project, originally introduced in 2012, is once again being put forth to express our experiences - our joys, sorrows, humorous moments and devastating losses - as though we would wear them on our skin.
Candidates must:
- be comfortable with showing some skin (no "parts") in a safe environment
- own or have access to a horse
- have a horse that can tolerate lighting equipment, props, etc. (we can talk about this)
- be open and willing to take direction, but more importantly to take initiative! This is a collaboration and your ideas are essential.
- sign a model and liability release
- be somewhat local to Brooklyn, WI, or be willing to pay all travel and accommodation expenses
While I love doing traditional portraiture and certainly won't stop doing those sessions, these are the kinds of images I'd like to create more of, and the direction I'd like my work to move in. To kick this off, I'm offering two free sessions to people I think are the best fit. If you're interested and up for doing the work involved with a session like this, fill out the form below (the more info you give me, the better!). I will pick the top two candidates on Friday, May 31st 2024, and we'll get to work.
