Use of digital images is limited to the following:
Reasonable personal or business purposes, including but not limited to: social media, printing (high resolution images ONLY), emailing, and web publishing (limited to Licensee's website or property advertising sites). Limited advertising rights are granted in the case of property for sale such as horses or residential property. Licensor and Licensee agree to the following additional terms:
1. Licensor retains all copyright and moral rights to each image. Licensor also retains all rights not expressed in the agreement, including advertising rights.
2. Licensee may not transfer this license to other parties or use the images for artistic reference, allow other artists to use them for reference, or enter images in a photo contest.
3. Licensee agrees that altering images or cropping the copyright watermark is prohibited without first receiving written permission from Licensor.
4. Licensee agrees that this license does not include use that results in financial or other material gain, including but not limited to: stock photography, print sale profits, or resale of any nature.
Purchase and usage of images from ShortHorse Studios by licensee constitutes agreement with these terms. Violation of these terms will result in a $150 fine per image per instance.
